You can now select a color preference for you cabinet selections. There is a new ‘Preferences’ widget on the left side.  Choose a cabinet color and when you go to a product the color will be automatically set for you. Simply add any modifications and set the correct quantity then ‘Add’ to your cart.

Newsletters are now available through the Portal.  Choose the ‘Information’ item from the menu above.  Then click on ‘Newsletters’.  A listing for the newsletters available online will be displayed.  Choose the newsletter you wish to view.

Roll Out Tray Installation is a Modification you may select for some cabinets. There are also some cabinets that support more than one (1) Roll Out Tray. When you select Roll Out Tray Installation from the Modifications section while adding a cabinet, Portal automatically adds ‘Installation – Roll Out Tray’ and ‘Assembly’ to your cart in the quantity of the cabinet you are ordering. The actual Roll Out Tray product is not automatically added to your cart.  You will need to add the number of Roll Out Trays in the size you need to your cart for the order to be completed.

If you need more than one Roll Out Trays on a cabinet please follow these steps to get the correct quantity of ‘Installation – Roll Out Tray’:

1. Add the number of cabinet(s) to the cart with Installation of ROT selected as a modification.
2. This will add the correct number of Installation of ROT for one (1) ROT per cabinet ordered.
3. The ROT itself is not automatically added to the cart.  You must add the correct number of Total ROT’s intended across all items to the cart by selecting the appropriately sized ROT and adding the Total quantity to your cart.
4. Go to your cart and edit the number Installation of ROT line item to be the Total ROT’s – (Number of Cabinets with at least 1 ROT).
5. Reload the page and the number should now be correct.

A particular example is:

1. There was 1 cabinet with modifications and installation of ROT.  This adds that cabinet and (1) Installation of ROT to the cart.
2. Add (4) ROT30’s to the cart.
3. Go to the cart and edit the Installation of ROT quantity to be (3) (Total ROT’s intended = 4 – 1 (the number of cabinets with at least 1 ROT))
4. Refresh the page
5. The total Installation of ROT should now equal the Total of ROT’s intended.

We realize that this is not an ideal solution.  We are working on a permanent fix to this and other Modification issues and hope to have that available soon.

You can now access the Warranty form directly from the Portal website.  Click on the menu item above and the Warranty form will be made available for you to fill out and submit.

First remove the cabinet(s) that has the modification from your cart by clicking on the x to the left of the item.  Once the modified item is removed, you will be able to remove the line item modification.

You can now select a color preference for you cabinet selections. When you navigate to your My Account -> Orders page the table showing the orders you have placed now contains the Order# assigned when you placed the order, The Sales Order # assigned when Blue Valley begins processing the order and the Purchase Order (if assigned by you) when you placed the order.

Roll Out Tray Installation is a Modification you may select for some cabinets. There are also some cabinets that support more than one (1) Roll Out Tray.
