New Features

When you navigate to your My Account -> Orders page the table showing the orders you have placed now contains the Order# assigned when you placed the order, The Sales Order # assigned when Blue Valley begins processing the order and the Purchase Order (if assigned by you) when you placed the order.
Newsletters are now available through the Portal. Choose the ‘Information’ item from the menu above. Then click on ‘Newsletters’. A listing for the newsletters available online will be displayed. Choose the newsletter you wish to view.
Online Chat Support is now available. If you have a question, issue or problem, reach out via the Icon in the lower left corner. Even if we are not online at the moment, we will get back to you as soon as we are.
You can now access the Warranty form directly from the Portal website. Click on the menu item above and the Warranty form will be made available for you to fill out and submit.
